7. Depositing of Funds

9. Payment Transactions and Processors

9.1.Payment Responsibility
You are fully responsible for making all payments in good faith. If you reverse a payment or cause a charge-back, you must reimburse us for the amount, along with any associated costs. We may also charge an administration fee of €50 (or equivalent) per charge-back.

9.2.Third-Party Payment Processors
We may use third-party processors to handle your payments. You agree to be bound by their terms, as long as they do not conflict with our Terms.

9.3.Transaction Monitoring

10. Errors

10.1. Void Bets Due to Errors
In case of a system malfunction or error, all bets will be considered void. You must inform us immediately if you become aware of any error related to the Service. We are not liable for any costs, expenses, losses, or claims resulting from errors or system malfunctions related to the Service or payments. We reserve the right to void any affected games or bets and take necessary actions to correct the errors.

10.2. Incorrect Odds or Bets
While we strive to avoid errors in our betting lines, if a bet is accepted at odds that are significantly different from the market or clearly incorrect based on the event’s probability, we reserve the right to cancel or void the bet. This also applies to bets placed after an event has already started.

10.3. Recovering Overpaid Amounts
We have the right to recover any overpaid amounts and adjust your Account accordingly. For example, if an incorrect price is posted or a result is entered incorrectly, we may correct the mistake. If there are insufficient funds in your Account, you may be required to repay the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to cancel, reduce, or delete any pending bets, regardless of whether the error funds were used.

11. Event Settlement and Wagering Terms

11.1. Event Winner Determination
The winner of an event will be determined on the settlement date, and we will not consider any protested or overturned decisions for betting purposes.

11.2. Result Finality
All posted results are final after 72 hours. No queries will be accepted after this period. If an error occurs within 72 hours, results may be corrected due to human error, system issues, or mistakes in the result source.

11.3. Refund for Overturned Results
If the result of a match is overturned by the governing body within the payout period, all wagers will be refunded.

11.4. Draw Outcomes
If a draw option is available, stakes on either team to win or lose will be lost in the event of a draw. If no draw option is offered, all bets are refunded in the case of a draw. If no draw option was available, extra time counts if played.

11.5. Unvalidated Results
If a match result cannot be validated (e.g., due to feed issues), the wager may be deemed invalid and refunded.

11.6. Wager Limits
We determine the minimum and maximum wager amounts, and these can change without prior notice. Individual Account limits may also be adjusted.

11.7. Account Transactions
Customers are responsible for their own transactions. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be changed. We will not address discrepancies due to missing or duplicated bets. Review your transactions in the “My Account” section to ensure bets are correct.

11.8. Matchup Action
A matchup is valid as long as the teams are correct, regardless of the league listed on the website.

11.9. eSports Match Start Times
Start times for eSports matches are approximate and not guaranteed. If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours, it will have no action, and wagers will be refunded, except for wagers on tournament outcomes.

11.10. Incorrect Date for Event
If an event is posted with the wrong date, wagers will be valid based on the official date provided by the governing body.

11.11. Stand-in Players
If a team uses stand-ins, the result remains valid as it was the team’s choice to use them.

11.12. Event Removal
We reserve the right to remove events, markets, or other products from the website.

12. Communications and Notices

12.1. Customer Notices to Us

12.3. Language and Method of Communication
All communications from either party must be in writing and in English or Tagalog, sent to and from the registered email address in your account.

We may contact you by email with information about betting, promotions, and other updates. By agreeing to these Terms during registration, you consent to receiving such emails. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime by contacting Customer Support.

13. Matters Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our control, even with reasonable preventive measures. These events may include: natural disasters, trade or labor disputes, power outages, actions or failures of government authorities, issues with telecommunication services, or delays caused by third parties. In such cases, we can cancel or suspend the Service without being held liable for any resulting loss or damage.

14. Liability

14.1. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage (direct or indirect) if we fail to meet our obligations, unless we break a legal duty, such as causing death or injury by negligence. We won’t be liable for issues caused by:

• A third party unrelated to us (e.g., network issues or computer problems).

• Events that were beyond our or our suppliers’ control.

Our service is for personal use, and we won’t be liable for any business-related losses.

14.2. If we are found liable under these terms, the total amount we owe you will be limited to:

• The value of your bets or wagers related to the issue.

• Or €500, whichever is lower.

15. Gambling By Those Under Age

15.1. If we find out you’re under 21 (or below the legal age in your area) when you placed a bet, we will suspend your account. We’ll investigate and may keep any winnings, ask for money back, or hold your deposit until you’re of legal age. If you were underage when placing bets, we’ll also seek to recover the winnings.

15.2. If you’re over 21 but betting in a jurisdiction with a higher legal age, the rules will apply if you are under the legal age in that location.

15.3. If we suspect you’re violating these rules or acting fraudulently, we may take action, including contacting authorities.

16. Fraud

We will take legal action against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we will withhold any payments. If you engage in fraud or criminal activity, you will be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by us, including direct, indirect, or consequential losses such as lost profit, business, or reputation.

17. Intellectual Property

17.4. Unless we specifically grant it, you do not have any rights to use our Systems, Marks, or related content. Unauthorized use could result in legal action.

18. Your License

18.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license ends if our agreement with you ends.

• Engaging in illegal activities, such as promoting crime or violating privacy.

• Harmful or offensive content, such as abuse, hate speech, or computer viruses.

• Disrupting the Service or using software to alter its functionality.

• Interfering with other customers, such as through scams or fraud.

• Unsolicited advertising, spamming, or creating fake accounts.

• Impersonating others or engaging in actions that go against our business principles.

21.3. If you’re not happy with how a bet was settled, send your grievance to our Customer Service Department. We will try to respond within a few days, and in any case, within 28 days.

21.4. Disputes must be submitted within 3 days of the bet’s result. Claims after this period will not be accepted. You are responsible for your own Account transactions.

21.5. If there is a dispute, our Customer Service Department will try to resolve it. If not, the matter will be escalated to management.

21.6. If you’re still not satisfied, you can have the dispute settled via arbitration.

22. Assignment

You cannot transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations to someone else without our permission, though we can assign our rights and obligations to a third party, provided the service remains of similar quality. We will notify you in writing if this happens.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part will be modified to allow it to be enforced. The rest of the Terms will remain valid.

24. Breach of These Terms

If you breach any material term of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your Account and stop providing the Service without prior notice. You will be promptly informed of any action taken.

25. General Provisions

25.1. Term of Agreement
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service or are a Customer or visitor of the Website. They will still apply after your Account is terminated for any reason.

25.2. Gender
Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Words that refer to the masculine gender also include the feminine and neuter genders, and vice versa. “Persons” includes individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, and corporations.

25.3. Waiver
